Short Med. ball workout

Hey everyone,

Here is a short video (under 2 min.)  I made of a med. ball workout I put the high school wrestling team through.  I had limited time, space, equipment, and very low ceiling height to deal with.

  4. Bettis- We have 3 different weights for the guys to use. We have 12#, 15#, & 18#. They grad what they think they can handle, if I see them struggling or it is too easy then they can change the #.
