Time

What do you do with your time?

I always have plenty to do.  If you ask my wife, I find stuff to do.  I can’t sit still, it is not in my blood.

Lately I’ve been keeping busy by working my plan, getting my fitness business running more effectively, and being around for my girls.

People complain of not having anything to do or being bored.  I don’t know how anyone can think this way, I always have sooo much to do.

Another thing I hear people complain about is not enough time.  I find time.  You have to prioritize what is important to you. 

My girls (baby and wife) are my #1 priority.  Then comes work, fitness and other activities.  This takes up all of my time and I absolutely love it.

I have been really busy this past week putting together my thoughts on paper and will be soon releasing them to you.  I am a very motivated person and I know I will get this done and to you soon. 

One of my projects is a FREE REPORT on getting stronger and the other is an e-book on becoming more confident.  Right now they are taking up some of my valuable time so I may help others out there who may benefit from my knowledge.

This is just some of the things that run through my head and take up my time.  What do you do?

Kettlebells

Hey everyone,

If you don’t know what this picture of is; it’s called a kettlebell.  I am in love with these pieces of equipment.  It is an old school piece of training equipment and they are a huge craze in the fitness world. 

I have heard of them before and have seen them plenty of times but never really used them.  Now I’m hooked!  I can’t wait to learn more techniques and exercises with them.

The kettlebell gives you a heck of a workout in a very short period.  I am getting my technique down and learning more and more.  Love to workout with them and I have kicked my butt quite a few times now. 

What a great tool to add to your routine.  Stay tuned for some pictures and videos of some exercises using the kettlebell.

New Year’s Resolutions

First let me start by saying, “Happy New Year” to everyone!

 If you are like many people, you have or are about to set New Year’s resolutions.  My thinking of this is don’t do it.

 My reason for this is many people who set the resolutions do nothing to accomplish them.  Instead of resolutions, set goals.

 Goal setting if done properly is a great way to set your body and mind on accomplishing something.  Goal setting should be done every year and looked at frequently to make sure you are on track to checking them off your list.

So, do yourself a favor, set GOALS, not resolutions!

 Once again I wish you and your family/friends a Happy New Year!
