Jewett's Strength & Conditioning Blog

Anthony

I wanted to thank you for all the time and effort you’ve put into helping me become a better athlete and a better person.  You have pushed me to levels that I never thought existed.  You also taught me what makes a great leader.

When you began training me I could tell you wanted to make me better.  I saw huge gains in all of my lifts and I know it had a lot to do with your enthusiasm and motivation to keep going.  There were times I didn’t think I could physically do anything else, yet you helped me push through mentally and complete my goals.  Other than train me physically, you have made me strive for  the next, bigger goals I have.

You taught me to set milestones to work towards along my way to my bigger goals.  It wasn’t until your inspiration that I felt mentally prepared to conquer my goals.  When I thought I was done and needed to throw in the towel, you had new ways to push me and make me better.  You made it possible to work as hard as I could and do what it takes to achieve.

From the beginning I knew you were genuine and wanted to see success come in all those you train.  Thank you for helping me become the athlete, leader, and person I am today.
